Google API Services and Your Data
Umairconsult uses Google APIs through a private application that is used only by its owner, Muhammad Umair, to run his performance-marketing work. The application is not offered to the public, and no one else signs in to it or receives access through it.
Data we access. Through Google’s OAuth system, the application accesses Google Ads account data (campaign settings and performance for the accounts he manages), Google Analytics reports for this website, Google Search Console data for his verified websites (search performance and index status), Google Tag Manager containers that he owns, and files the application itself creates in Google Drive, such as a change-log spreadsheet.
How we use this data. Only to manage advertising accounts, prepare performance reports, check the search health of his websites, and keep records of work done.
Data sharing. Google user data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is never used for advertising or for anyone else’s marketing.
Data protection. Access happens only through Google’s secure OAuth sign-in. Access tokens are stored securely, and access is limited to the application owner. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account’s third-party access page, which immediately stops the application from reaching the data.
Data retention and deletion. Working reports and records are kept only as long as they are needed for the business. Google user data is deleted when it is no longer needed, and no copy is kept once access has been revoked and the related records are removed.
