🔍 The Examination (Before) The account was suffering from “Empty Traffic Syndrome.” Despite an ad spend of Rs 32.8K and generating over 425,000 impressions, the campaign only yielded 2 conversions. The tracking was likely broken or the targeting was too broad, leading to high visibility but nearly zero business impact.

🎯 The Plan (Strategy) To fix this, I implemented a multi-stage recovery plan: Audit & Tracking Overhaul: Reconfigured the conversion tracking setup to ensure every lead/sale was accurately captured. Keyword Refinement: Shifted from “Broad Match” keywords (which caused the high impressions but low intent) to a mix of Phrase and Exact Match to attract qualified buyers. Bid Strategy Optimization: Moved away from manual bidding to an automated “Maximize Conversions” strategy once the initial data was stabilized.

⚡ The Execution Audience Pruning: Excluded low-performing demographics and locations that were draining the budget. Ad Copy Revamp: Wrote high-CTR headlines to improve Quality Score, which helped in maintaining a low CPC. Landing Page Alignment: Ensured the ad message perfectly matched the landing page content to reduce bounce rates.

📈 The Results (After) The transformation was immediate and significant: Conversions: Jumped from 2.00 to 305.00 (a massive 15,150% increase). Cost per Conversion: Stabilized at an incredible Rs 106. Average CPC: Maintained a highly competitive Rs 4.14, ensuring the budget was spent on clicks that actually matter.
